Notes: The Canadian company behind Swiss water process are renowned for their ability to decaffienate small lots of quality coffees. Traditionally decaf coffees lost acidity and flavour, hence their poor reputation.  Since 2008, Swiss Water have managed to raise their acid retention rate from 70 to 98%.  This Colombian Decaf has notes of malt, caramel and dark chocolate.  We drink loads of it.
