Cupping Notes: (For Plunger and Filter)

Dark Cocoa and Spice with deep malt like tones.  Complex with big mouthfeel clean acidity  

Espresso Tasting Notes:

Thick red brown crema, Dark toasted brioche and spice

Five bean Blend in the Classic North Italian style 

Even though this is an out and out espresso blend, it is my choice for a stern wake-up in the Plunger. Probably a little over the top as a filter coffee.
