Shipping update in the crazy world of 2026...

No fuel? What has the world come to!

Unfortunately for us, due to the fuel shortages additional freight charges have been temporarily added to delivery by freight companies to help offset increased fuel costs. This means a Temporary Service Continuity Surcharge (TSCS) will be applied to all orders from 30 March 2026. The TSCS is currently set at 13.80% of freight charges (updated 27/03/2026). This WILL NOT affect the coffee cost, only applied to freight.

We have been told this surcharge will be reviewed weekly in line with fuel market conditions and be adjusted accordingly.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Let’s hope those boats with fuel make it to NZ soon!
